These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at pgsengineering.com (the "Site"), operated by PetroGas Systems Engineering, Inc. ("PGSE", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms apply only to your use of this Site. They do not govern any engineering, procurement, construction management, or other professional services PGSE may provide, which are instead governed exclusively by a separate signed agreement between PGSE and the relevant client.
You may view and use the Site for lawful purposes related to evaluating PGSE's services. You agree not to:

All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, images, case studies, and the overall design and "look and feel" - is owned by PGSE or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as necessary to view the Site in a standard web browser, no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written permission.
The PGSE name, logo, and any associated marks are trademarks of PetroGas Systems Engineering, Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use them.
Content on the Site, including service descriptions, case studies, industry statistics, and any responses generated by the Site's chat assistant, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute engineering, technical, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such.
No content on the Site, and no interaction with the Site - including the chat assistant - constitutes an offer, quote, proposal, or commitment by PGSE to perform any work, nor does it create a professional, contractual, or client relationship of any kind. Any such relationship is formed only through a separate signed agreement.
The Site includes an AI-powered chat assistant to help capture initial project inquiries. Responses generated by the chat assistant are automated, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not reviewed by PGSE personnel prior to being shown to you. Do not rely on the chat assistant for technical, contractual, or commercial decisions, and do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through it. Any information you submit to us through the Site - including via the contact form or chat assistant - is provided voluntarily. By submitting it, you grant PGSE the right to use, store, and act on that information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and for our internal business development purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy. Submitting information through the Site does not, on its own, create any confidentiality obligation on PGSE's part; if you need information treated as confidential, do not submit it through the Site without a signed non-disclosure agreement in place.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by PGSE.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of content. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will PGSE, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PGSE's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, under any theory of liability, will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PGSE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time without notice or liability. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PGSE regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements regarding the Site.
